The Role
We call our team Options Consultants because that\'s exactly what we give people — options to overcome debt and credit challenges
You’ll run 5–7 booked appointments a day with pre-qualified clients
Your job is to assess their situation, build rapport quickly, and use our proven framework to deliver the best solution.
You’ll work with clients from all backgrounds and demographics – individuals, families, self-employed, business owners
Every conversation matters; your work will have a direct, life-changing impact.
This is a full-time, telephone-based role, with shifts between 9am and 8pm (occasional Saturday shifts may be required)
About You
Driven, competitive, and hungry to achieve.
Strong communicator who builds rapport fast.
Proven sales experience (telesales or face-to-face).
