Responsibilities
Your role will include but is not limited to:
10. Collaborating with parents, carers, guardians, support workers, and other professionals to safeguard and ensure the educational welfare of statement students who may have special educational needs
11. Attending and taking part in staff meetings to support the smooth running and administration of the school
12. Ensuring the highest standards of quality and applying the most up-to-date teaching methods.
13. Arrange for resources, equipment, and materials to be available in such a way that they are properly cared for, easily accessible and will encourage the children to become more responsible for their own learning
14. Encouraging student participation in lessons and in other school-related activities
Requirements
15. Must possess QTS
16. To promote the aims and objectives of the school and maintain its philosophy of education
17. Have a valid in-date Enhanced DBS (preferably on the Update Service)
18. To carry out professional duties and have responsibility for an assigned class
