To complete mechanical repairs in line with approved methods To work productively ensuring repairs are completed within the deadline and work prioritised to achieve maximum efficiency To highlight when repairs are not possible, or an alternative solution is required To have a high attention to detail and to escalate where repairs could be completed more cost effectively To maintain a high level of housekeeping and cleanliness within workspaces To ensure standard operating procedures are rigorously followed and documentation completed accurately To undertake other duties as requested by your manager Experienced Level 3 Mechanical Technician Full UK Driving Licence A broad understanding of cars and LCVs, the ability to observe, diagnose and repair mechanical faults and vehicle servicing A clear team ethic being able to focus on immediate technical tasks as well as understanding work in all departments must been balanced to achieve the business’ overall goals Company Pension Scheme An Employee Assistance Programme Enhanced maternity, paternity, and adoption leave Access to trained mental health first aiders
