Role Summary
Working as part of a fast-paced store team, your top priority will be to locate, pack and promptly process stock, ensuring it is presented to our customers. When needed on the salesfloor, you will use your outstanding customer service skills. Flexible working options are available. You will support all Company policies and procedures with a positive attitude, and the company will invest in your development from day one.
Responsibilities
* Accurately processing stock quickly and to the highest standard, including locating, packing and promptly transferring stock in and out of store
* Meeting deadlines to always deliver to customers at the promised time
* Keeping operational areas of the store clean, tidy and organised
* Working in all areas of the store as needed, including the sales floors, to offer fast and friendly service
* Working as part of the store team, reporting to Coordinators or Managers
* A great communicator who is friendly, calm and efficient - even on busy days
* Accurate, thorough and well organised, with excellent attention to detail
* Taking pride in your work and approaching all tasks with energy, pace and dedication
* Happy to work on your own and keep yourself busy to achieve performance targets
* Flexible, supportive and always ready to go the extra mile for the team and customers
* Enjoy taking control of your own development
Important Guidance

This role is not typically considered for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to Home Office requirements on skills level. What’s Next
As part of your application you will complete online assessments, including a Working with Numbers Assessment and a Retail Scenarios Assessment. The in-store recruitment team will review applications and contact those that best match the job criteria to arrange an initial interview.
