Salary:£45,000 £60,000 (DOE)

A growing engineering SME in Loughborough, is looking for anexperienced Electrical Design Engineerwho can work independently, take full ownership of electrical design, and bring structure to our design processes. If you thrive in a startup-style environment where you get toshape, improve, and deliverrather than just follow instructions this is the role for you.

What Youll Do

* Leadend-to-end electrical design: from schematics and layouts to final testing.
* Develop and maintainAutoCAD Electrical standards, templates, and librariesfor consistency and scalability.
* Design and refinecontrol panelsfor configurable products.
* Work hands-on when needed: wiring, testing, and supportingsmall-batch manufacturing.
* Act as thego-to problem solverfor electrical challenges in both new and existing product designs.
