Salary: up to £50,000 Depending On Experience Holidays: 20 days Bank Holidays Location: Blackburn - hybrid option once established Working: 37.5 hours About the Role An established international organisation is seeking a talented Marketing Manager (UK & Ireland) to support business growth and strengthen brand presence across the region. This position plays a key role in developing and executing local marketing initiatives, supporting sales teams with effective tools and communication strategies, and ensuring consistency with global brand objectives. Main Responsibilities to Include: Develop and implement local marketing and trade initiatives aligned with global brand strategy. Adapt and create sales support materials for the UK market in collaboration with international teams. Manage relationships with external agencies, including PR and design partners. Work closely with the sales team to optimise marketing assets and communication plans. Plan and coordinate trade fairs, events, and promotional activities with internal and external stakeholders. Support product launches, relaunches, and cross-functional marketing projects. Oversee promotional merchandise, branding materials, and onsite marketing activities. The Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will have proven experience in trade marketing, project management, and stakeholder coordination within a fast-paced, multinational environment. Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline. 3-5 years of professional experience in marketing, preferably within an international setting. Demonstrated success in delivering impactful local campaigns. Strong project management and organisational skills. Experience managing external agencies and suppliers. Analytical yet creative mindset with a pragmatic approach to execution. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English; additional European language skills are an advantage.
