Responsibilities: Enhance our security posture and shape the future of Cyber Security by refining processes, policies, and procedures. Work closely with offshore first-line analysts and the security engineering team to ensure our systems are safe and operational. Refine SIEM detection rules and improve event management across IT and OT estates. Engage with key stakeholders to maintain the security of our systems, staying informed about emerging security threats and industry trends. Participate in the on-call rota to manage cyber security incidents outside regular hours. Lead containment and remediation efforts for security incidents and document detailed incident reports. Contribute to the identification and implementation of improvements within our Cyber Security Operations Centre (CSOC). Support trend analysis to recognize recurring threats and enhance organizational controls.
