Graduate Finance Assistant
Core3 are delighted to partner with a growing professional services consultancy to recruit a Graduate Finance Assistant in Central Bristol. £26,000-£27,000 plus full study support (CIMA) and hybrid working.
This is more than just a graduate role - it\'s an opportunity to join a forward-thinking consultancy that\'s blending professional expertise with technology and innovation. With ambitious growth plans and a supportive culture, you\'ll gain exposure to both the nuts and bolts of finance and the cutting-edge tools shaping the future of the profession.
The environment is professional yet friendly, with a flat structure that encourages ideas and problem-solving. You\'ll be learning from exceptionally bright colleagues, with plenty of support from an experienced Finance Manager and the senior leadership team. Team socials, modern offices in the heart of Bristol, and flexibility to work from home part of the week make it a great place to start your career.
How you\'ll make an impact
From day one, you\'ll get stuck into real finance work - building up your technical skills while contributing to the success of a growing business.

* Month-end routines and journals
* Year-end audit preparation
* Unique opportunities to stand out:
* Get involved in building Power BI dashboards, turning raw data into insight for decision-making.
* Help shape how the finance team uses AI and Copilot to automate tasks and unlock efficiencies - you\'ll be joining a company already ahead of the curve with these tools.
* As you progress, take on more month-end responsibilities and play a bigger part in producing the monthly management accounts.
* Work closely with leaders who are open to fresh ideas - if you spot a better way of doing things, they\'ll want to hear it.
Why our client is excited about you
You don\'t need accounting experience - just strong numeracy, ambition, and the drive to learn.

* A-Level Maths (or equivalent)
* Strong Excel skills and curiosity about data/tech tools
* Clear communicator who enjoys solving problems and finding better ways to do things
