A New Era for Green Skills at Lackham
We are proud to be developing a state-of-the-artGreen Skills Innovation Centreat our Lackham campus, funded in part by a generous award from theWiltshire Council Shared Prosperity Fund. With a total investment of£500,000, the new centre will be a flagship space for future-focused, hands-on training in low-carbon technologies.
As a Lecturer, you will be among the first to teach in this specialist facility, helping learners develop the practical skills and certifications needed in this fast-growing sector.
Lecturer in Renewable Technologies Key Responsibilities:

Lecturer in Renewable Technologies-You:
We are looking for individuals who can deliver on a range of practical and theoretical teaching sessions to adult learners, apprentices and industry professionals, which include:
* Solar Thermal Systems & Air Source Heat Pumps (Plumbing)
* Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure
* Battery Storage & PV Systems (Electrical)
The ideal candidate will have:
* Industry Expertise: Relevant industry qualifications and practical experience in one or more of the specialisms listed
* Passion for Teaching: A strong desire to share your expertise and help others succeed. Experience in Further Education is desirable but not essential.
* Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to inspire and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
* Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
