About the Role Work within small class groups with a high LSA-to-pupil ratio Support pupils with SEMH and additional learning needs Receive daily CPD, fully funded by the school, ensuring continuous professional development School finish time varies between 3:00pm and 4:30pm to accommodate CPD sessions Work initially through Teaching Personnel, with a view to becoming permanent following a successful probation period Requirements Prior experience working with children with additional needs — professional or personal GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) A DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one A patient, nurturing approach and a strong commitment to improving outcomes for children with SEMH Why Join?
