About The Role
We are looking for a Team Co-ordinator to join our extremely successful New Homes team at Foxtons. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with an interest in administration, marketing, and property to kick start their career with London’s leading Estate Agency.
Within this diverse role, you will have the opportunity to deal with a number of different people, ranging from internal colleagues in one of our 60+ offices, to developers looking after some of the biggest developments in London. No two days are the same, making this an amazing opportunity for someone with excellent organisational skills to become a crucial part of the team. You will be working closely with some of our most senior leaders, ensuring the New Homes Team runs smoothly in every aspect.
Responsibilities
1. Updating our database with up-to-the-minute property availability
2. Creating price lists
3. Preparing photographs of properties and assembling property details
4. Booking photography appointments
5. Attending and helping to organise events and development launches
Location
We will aim to place you in your closest Foxtons New Homes office (within London). More information on this will be provided during the interview process.
About You
We are looking for someone with strong organisational and communication skills who shares our passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Previous administration experience and familiarity with Excel would be beneficial, but full training and ongoing development will be provided. The key qualities we seek are willingness to learn and a desire to excel in the role.
