The Role
As Food & Beverage Manager, you will take ownership of the full food and beverage operation across the club. You’ll lead the experience, performance, and day-to-day delivery across all F&B outlets, ensuring everything we do reflects the Jesse’s House brand and our members’ expectations.
You’ll be a visible leader - present on the floor when it matters - while also working strategically to develop systems, grow your team, and continuously evolve our offer as the business scales.
This role sits at the heart of the club, working closely with the General Manager, Executive Head Chef, and wider leadership team to deliver a food and beverage experience that feels both premium and welcoming for families.
Leading the F&B Experience
* Shaping and evolving the food and beverage offer in line with Jesse’s House values and commercial goals.
* Setting and maintaining high standards across service, quality, and operations.
* Using member feedback and performance insight to continually improve the experience.
Operational Excellence
* Overseeing the end-to-end F&B operation to ensure consistency, efficiency, and strong service delivery.
* Building and embedding clear systems, SOPs, and service frameworks.
* Owning and optimising our Me&U ordering platform to enhance both member experience and performance.
Building Great Teams
* Leading, developing, and inspiring a strong F&B team and leadership structure.
* Creating a high-performance, people-first culture.
* Supporting recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development.
Food, Beverage & Menu Delivery
* Partnering closely with the Executive Head Chef on menus that are member-led, commercially sound, and operationally effective.
* Ensuring teams have strong product knowledge and confidence in service and digital ordering.
* Maintaining excellence across coffee, cocktails, low/no alcohol, and family-friendly offerings.
Member Experience
* Owning the full member journey across food and beverage.
* Being a visible and supportive leader during peak periods and events.
* Managing feedback constructively and turning insight into improvement.
Events & Growth
* Leading F&B delivery for events, pop-ups, and seasonal activations.
* Identifying opportunities to drive revenue through programming and partnerships.
Commercial Performance
* Accountable for F&B performance, including margins, labour, GP, and cost control.
* Driving profitability through smart pricing, operational efficiency, and strong platform use.
Health, Safety & Compliance
* Ensuring full compliance with food safety, allergen legislation, and licensing requirements.
* Maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant environment for both team and members.
About You
You’ll likely have experience in a senior food and beverage leadership role within a premium or lifestyle-led hospitality environment. You’re commercially minded but people-first, equally comfortable leading from the floor or working strategically behind the scenes.
You’ll bring:

* Experience with digital ordering platforms (Me&U a plus)
