Position: Estate Agent/ Sales Valuer
Location: Remote/Hybrid South Leicestershire
Salary: Up to £28,000 p/a with OTE of £43,000+
Working hours: Full time, flexible Hours Monday to Friday with 1 or 2 Saturdays p/m with time back in lieu

My client is a very successful estate agent that is growing year on year. They are now recruiting for an experienced estate agent/sales valuer to join their team.

As you’d expect, there will be a requirement to visit properties so you will need a driving licence and own vehicle. Full mileage expenses will be paid accordingly.
The successful Sales Valuer in Lutterworth will be responsible for:
* Carrying out property valuations with leads provided
* Converting valuations to listings
* Assisting with all branch operations including developing sales opportunities with the support of senior management
* Working to achieve pre agreed branch targets
* Responding promptly and effectively to phone and online enquires
* Advertising properties for sale on relevant websites
* Organising and attending viewings
* Negotiating offers and finalising sales in accordance with company guidelines
* Brand and branch marketing activities including canvasing the local area to source new properties to sell
* Accurately recording appointments, viewings and contact with clients
Essential skills and experience for a successful Sales Valuer in Lutterworth:
* Minimum of 2 years estate agent/sales negotiator/ valuer experience preferably gained within a large national estate agent chain
* Energetic and enthusiastic
* Motivated to succeed with a good work ethic
* Strong communication and negotiating skills
* A team player
* Organised and efficient approach with the ability to prioritise key tasks
* PC literate and experienced with MS office
* Well presented, polite and approachable
* Excellent written and verbal skills
