Senior Accountant

Our client, a growing accountancy practice based in Leamington Spa, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and ambitious accountant who is looking for a challenging role in a dynamic and friendly work environment.

Responsibilities:
* Preparing accounts and tax returns for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
* Providing accounting advice and support to clients
* Assisting with the development of junior staff members
* Ensuring that all work is completed accurately and to the required standard
* Liaising with clients, HMRC, and other external stakeholders
* Assisting with ad-hoc projects and assignments as required
Requirements:
* ACA/ACCA qualified with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a practice environment
* Strong technical accounting knowledge, including a good understanding of accounting standards and tax legislation
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
* Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
