Procurement Administrator
Location: Malmesbury (on-site, 5 days per week)
Contract: 3 months, ASAP start
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Administrator to join our team on a short-term contract. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and experience in procurement systems who can hit the ground running and support a busy department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Raising and maintaining purchase orders, goods receipting
* Preparing documents and invoices for processing
* Responding to legal administrative queries
* Data input and record management
* Scanning and uploading documents
* Booking meetings and travel arrangements
* Diary management and general admin support
Essential: Experience with SAP Ariba and S4 Hana.
