General Kitchen Assistant Grade 2 – 12.5 hours, term time only.
£12.85 per hour.

Our catering teams are skilled in transforming seasonal ingredients into nutritious cooked meals that help to educate young people to support healthier lifestyles.
About the Role
Catering Services are looking for a self‑motivated and enthusiastic individual to support Brynnau Primary. Duties will include food preparation, serving, washing up and cleaning in a fast‑paced kitchen environment. The service operates term‑time only, Monday to Friday, with working hours ranging between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m.
Responsibilities
Support food preparation and serving activities.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area.
Assist with washing up and general kitchen maintenance.
Qualifications
 * Dedicated and reliable.
 * Good communication skills.
 * Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
 * Ability to follow instructions.
 * Food safety Certificate – Level 2 or willingness to work towards gaining the qualification.
