Once probation is successfully completed and competence is demonstrated, hybrid working is available up to 2 days per week. About the Role: As the first point of contact for potential customers, you will play a key role in shaping their experience with us. Working closely with the sales and operations team, you'll help turn enquiries into successful outcomes through strong planning, organisation, and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound new enquiry calls and route non-departmental calls appropriately Follow up on email enquiries by making direct phone contact Assist potential clients through our free identification service Provide advice to residential clients to help convert enquiries into confirmed survey bookings Follow up on proposals to secure client instructions Set up new projects in the internal system, allocate work to consultants, issue invoices, and process payments Assist with standard residential documentation where needed Support the Sales & Marketing Manager with administrative tasks such as research and data gathering About You: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Graduate with a passion for environmental or sustainability.
