Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical Bias)
Days Role - 07.00 - 15.00, 37.5 hour week

We\'re looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (approx. 70:30 Mechanical:Electrical) to join our highly skilled team in Trafford Park. This is a hands-on role where you\'ll be key to ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable running of plant, equipment and services.
Key Tasks
* Providing day-to-day maintenance support to operation ensuring high levels of equipment availability.
* Responding promptly to breakdowns and ensuring minimal downtime.
* Carrying out routine and preventative maintenance across a variety of equipment.
* Supporting press tooling changes and improvements.
* Working closely with contractors on both planned and reactive works.
* Always prioritising health, safety, and compliance in everything you do.
Requirements
* A recognised Mechanical Engineering or Multi-Skilled apprenticeship
* Solid engineering background in manufacturing with strong mechanical skills and some electrical capability.
* Excellent fault-finding, problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
* Experience with presses, furnaces, CNC machine tools, automated valves, pumps (advantageous but not essential).
* A driven, flexible, and hands-on approach with good communication skills.
* Ability to work with maintenance management systems and basic MS Office tools.
