Job Title: Purchasing Administrator
We are looking for a Purchasing Administrator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Obtain prices and technical details for departments efficiently, monitoring the use of materials and equipment.
* Order materials for stores and departments, follow up on orders, and coordinate collections and deliveries.
* Apply best practices to optimize cost savings.
* Arrange and manage warranties for all purchased materials and assist departments with related queries.
* Update internal systems with purchased materials.
* Handle phone calls and day-to-day queries, assist with purchasing, and maintain stock control.
* Frank outgoing post as required.
