Responsibilities
As a Care Assistant you will provide high quality individualised care and support for each resident, promoting and upholding their privacy, dignity and independence at all times. Your role is to create a happy, caring and safe atmosphere; putting residents’ needs first, providing a wide range of physical, social, emotional and psychological support tailored to the individual.
Qualifications
No previous experience is required. We will provide full training; you should demonstrate a flexible, hard-working and caring attitude, desire to work as part of a dedicated team, and a right to work in the UK.
