Job Title: Engineering Technician – Electronics & Electro-Mechanical Systems Location: Deeside, United Kingdom (Onsite, Full-Time) Contract Type: 6-Month Contract Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5 days per week Job Description We are looking for a skilled Engineering Technician experienced in the repair, testing, and maintenance of electronic and electro-mechanical systems. The role involves hands-on work with a variety of technical equipment, ensuring all systems meet required quality, performance, and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Perform testing, diagnostics, repair, and calibration of electronic and electro-mechanical equipment to component level. Carry out maintenance, modification, and manufacture of cables, test boxes, and related assemblies. Certify equipment condition and maintain detailed engineering documentation. Support and guide junior technicians and apprentices in technical tasks. Undertake feasibility or development work, including reverse engineering and test procedure creation. Use engineering software and diagnostic tools to record, analyse, and report maintenance activities. Strong understanding of engineering procedures, documentation, and compliance. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with high attention to detail.
