Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a 4 bedroom children's residential home
* Create a safe, stable, and nurturing environment for a child with emotional and behavioural needs
* Oversee a dedicated care team and embed trauma-informed practice

Requirements
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or willingness to work towards
* Deputy or Registered Manager experience
* A full driving licence
