With a strong B2C focus and a growing B2B trade arm, they’ve built a loyal customer base and a high-performing marketing function. The Social Media Manager will take full ownership of social across multiple brands, shaping how each one shows up in a competitive market. You’ll have the freedom to experiment, create standout content, and directly influence brand growth through engaging, commercially effective campaigns.
Role Highlights:
* Own and deliver end-to-end social strategy across three brands
* Create standout, platform-native content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and Facebook
* Manage influencer partnerships and community engagement
* Plan and execute content calendars aligned to campaigns and trading periods
* Collaborate with PR and creative teams to bring campaigns to life
You Will Need:
* Experience across B2C social media, ideally within retail or ecommerce
* Strong content creation skills, including short-form video (CapCut or similar tools)
* Commercial mindset with ability to link content to revenue impact
* Excellent organisation and planning skills across multiple brands
* Confident communicator with creative thinking and attention to detail
