The Role
* To provide comprehensive Administrative and Clerical support to clinical and non-clinical staff in order to ensure the smooth running of the service.
* Where appropriate, supervise clerical staff and provide support to line manager.
The working pattern for this role is - Monday to Friday
In this key role, you will:
* General reception duties.
* Switchboard.
* Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
* Photocopying
What You'll Bring:
* Minimum of 2 years work experience in an Administrative and Clerical role.
* Educated to Higher Grade level.
* Ability to supervise staff.
* Well developed interpersonal skills in customer care
A driving licence is required; this must be a full UK/EU/EEA licence.
From 1 April 2026, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will reduce from 37 hours to 36 hours. Part-time working hours will be reduced on a pro-rata basis. A corresponding increase in the hourly rate will apply, ensuring that overall pay remains unchanged.
