Our Property Consultancy is seeking a Residential Surveyor / Stock Condition Surveyor to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct field-based data collection, stock condition surveys, and EPC assessments
* Support survey management and coordinate with fieldwork managers
* Liaise with data analysts and the wider consultancy team
* Carry out reinspections, QA checks, and site visits
* Handle confidential data and contribute to asset management insights
* Complete Decent Homes and HHSRS assessments and validations
* Assist with resolving surveyor-related issues or client complaints
Skills & Experience
* Qualification such as ONC/HND in Construction/Building or RICS/CIOB membership (highly desirable)
* Sound knowledge of asset management, compliance, and statutory best practices
* Additional compliance qualifications (DEA, FPA, NEBOSH, P402/405) are desirable but not essential
* Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and clear communication skills
* Experience with databases, digital survey tools, and data analysis
Projects are primarily London-based, though travel to other regions may be required depending on project allocation.
