Are you an organised, compassionate, and proactive individual looking to make a real difference in a specialist educational setting? Our vibrant SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) primary school in the heart of L13 is seeking a dedicated School Administrator to join our supportive team. This role has the potential for a temp-to-perm contract.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth school operations
* Maintain and update records using Arbor and Inventory systems
* Support staff with pupil data, attendance, and safeguarding documentation
* Liaise with parents, carers, and external agencies with professionalism and empathy
* Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience with Arbor and Inventory platforms
* Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
* Preferably experience working with SEN (Special Educational Needs) pupils or in a SEN/SEMH setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work calmly under pressure and maintain confidentiality
