Our client based in High Wycombe is looking for a strong accounts assistant to join them on a full time basis. Ideally you will be proficient in SAGE and have covered Accounts Payable, Sales Ledger and Credit Control. This position is office based and the hours are 8.30-5pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am -4pm on a Friday.
* Process sales order on Sage.
* Prepare Pro Forma Invoices
* Prepare Purchase orders on Sage.
* Prepare Certificates of Origin for exports and liaise with the Chamber of Commerce
* Prepare goods for shipment, packing and posting.
* Liaise with logistics providers daily to ensure shipments processed and stock recorded correctly.
* Send Proof of deliveries to customers daily
* Update the CRM for all project work.
* Post purchase invoices on Sage.
* Monthly stock reconciliations
* Credit Control
* Letters of credit
* Ad-hoc finance and other duties as required.
