Overview
Support Worker role based in Lincoln, LN3. 21.75 hours per week on a 4-week rolling rota. Full UK driving licence essential.
Responsibilities
* Provide personal care, support with medication, meals and hydration, and help to keep the home clean.
* Support daily living activities for someone living with dementia and severe sight impairment.
* Encourage healthy food choices, assist with menu planning, and support staying active in the community.
* Offer calm, patient, clear communication and reassurance; provide companionship and gentle support.
* Support with getting out and about using a wheelchair when needed; adapt to individual routines and preferences.
* Respect privacy and dignity, and follow care plans and risk assessments.
* Work on a 24/7 basis with sleep-ins between 10:30pm and 7:30am as part of the rota.
