We are looking for someone to be responsible for the running of our Oxford Development Centre. Reporting to the Head of Academy Recruitment, you will be responsible for ensuring the best U6 and U7 players in the Oxford area train at our Development Centre on a Friday evening with the aim of progressing them to the Reading FC Pre-Academy group.
Key Accountabilities include:
1. Completing the weekly attendance register and sharing it with the Head of Academy Recruitment.
2. Ensuring all paperwork, medical, and insurance forms are up to date with emergency contact details.
The successful candidate will hold:
* A current FA Safeguarding Children Certificate.
* A Level 1 Coaching qualification.
* A Level 1 Talent Identification certificate.
* And hold, or be working towards, Level 2 Talent Identification.
