You will be responsible for co-ordinating a resident engagement programme designed for inactive young people, leading them on a bespoke journey towards employment, volunteering education, training. The role will help the team deliver a safe, supportive, and person-centred service for young people and vulnerable adults accessing East Surreys housing.
This role requires someone with a minimum of NVQ Level 2 standard qualification or equivalent in Housing, Social Work, or Youth Work (or is willing to complete such a qualification alongside their job role within the next twelve months.).
