Job Summary/Purpose
This role involves thorough cleaning of 2 compounds, toilets, and show homes. The Cleaning Technicians will work alongside the Site Management Team and will follow a structured programme for each development. We seek individuals who take pride in their work and understand how cleanliness contributes to health, safety, and the smooth operation of the build process.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Clean work areas as work progresses and dispose of waste materials appropriately.
2. Clean each property to a high standard, including garages if necessary.
3. Thoroughly clean external doors, garage doors, door frames, and meter boxes.
4. Clean internal window frames and glass to ensure homes are ready for customers.
5. Clean all ceramic and sanitary ware, including taps, shower screens, and wastes to remove dust and grime.
6. Perform intensive cleaning of show homes to ensure they sparkle.
Experience, Qualifications, Technical Requirements
1. CSCS Card holder
2. Proven experience in a cleaning role
3. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
4. Self-motivated with good communication skills
5. High standard of workmanship and pride in your job
6. Full, clean driving license required for travel to various sites
