Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for an Onshore EHS Analyst on a 6 month contract located in Durham Role Summary The EHS Advisor is responsible for supporting and promoting a strong Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) culture at the marshalling harbour for a offshore renewable energy project. The role ensures safe working practices, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of health, safety, and environmental performance in line with company and client requirements. Key Responsibilities • Act as the primary EHS focal point, providing advice and support to supervisors, technicians. • Ensure compliance with GWO standards, client HSE requirements, and relevant wind industry best practices. • Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and safety walks to identify and mitigate risks. • Facilitate and review Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and Toolbox Talks. • Lead and support incident/near miss reporting, investigation, and follow-up actions. • Monitor environmental performance, including waste management, spill prevention, and energy use. • Deliver safety inductions, briefings, and refresher sessions for all offshore personnel. • Coordinate emergency drills and ensure compliance with client and project requirements. • Maintain accurate records and prepare EHS reports for the Project HSE Manager. • Drive a proactive safety culture through coaching, engagement, a...
