Early Career Teacher Zest Education is looking for a friendly and committed ECT Teacher to join a supportive primary school in the Walsall area. This is a full‑time, long‑term role, Monday to Friday. If you enjoy helping young children learn and grow, this is a great chance to make a real difference in a local school. Key Responsibilities * Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum * Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment * Assess, track, and support pupil progress through feedback and data * Adapt teaching to meet diverse learning needs (e.g. SEN, EAL) * Work with a mentor and complete training as part of the ECT induction programme * Contribute to safeguarding, pastoral care, and wider school activities Requirements * Strong communication and teamwork skills * A caring and positive approach * Commitment to keeping children safe * An enhanced DBS, or willingness to get one This is a great opportunity for an ECT Teacher who wants to join a caring school community in the Walsall area.
