Salary: £34,982 - £40,855 per annum

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

About the Role

The Maintenance Scheduler is part of Engineering & Estates Maintenance within Estates Services, reporting to a Maintenance Planner in the Engineering & Asset Management Team. The role involves organizing and supervising engineering preventive and reactive maintenance activities in line with contractual agreements. The ideal candidate will have relevant maintenance experience, a strong commitment to high standards, and support safety and compliance culture. The team manages M&E assets across a diverse estate, including listed buildings and modern research facilities, with assets varying in age and complexity.


About You

* Relevant qualifications in engineering or building services (apprenticeship, HNC/HND).
* Experience in contractor management and maintenance planning.
* Strong understanding of health and safety protocols.
* Supervisory skills with problem-solving and influencing abilities.
* Excellent organizational skills for workload planning.
* Good report writing skills for diverse audiences.
* Effective communication skills at all levels.
* Ability to contribute to process improvements and change management.
