For the successful Customer Service Executive our client is offering:
£25,000 Per Annum
Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm
Permanent Role

The role - Customer Service Executive:
Work closely with key customer accounts, processing new orders and managing existing orders
Liaise with the sales manager regarding new opportunities
Provide after-sales support to all key account contacts
Manage new queries and quotations for customers
Follow-up enquiries to create new sales opportunities
Ensure excellent customer service
What our client is looking for in a Customer Service Executive:
Previous experience working within a similar customer service or administrative support role - ESSENTIAL
SAP or Sage knowledge - DESIRABLE
Knowledge of the supply and/or manufacturing industry - DESIRABLE
Organised, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment - ESSENTIAL
Key skills or similar Job titles
