The Role
You will manage your ownresidential conveyancing caseload from start to finish, supported by a dedicated legal assistant/paralegal. The work is mixed and varied, including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Remortgage
* Transfers of equity
* New build transactions
* Re-mortgages with complex structures
This is an ideal role for someone with 3+ years experience looking to grow within a supportive and high-performing team.
