The Role The firm is seeking a motivated Restructuring & Insolvency Associate (1–2 PQE) to join its growing City-based team. You will: Work across the full spectrum of restructuring and insolvency matters, including covenant breaches, debt and capital restructuring, supply chain issues, asset tracing, liquidations and cross-border recovery. Advise a wide range of clients, including banks, private equity firms, investment funds, creditors, borrowers, retailers, healthcare providers, charities and other commercial organisations. Gain exposure to both contentious and non-contentious matters, often with a multi-jurisdictional element. Work closely with partners and senior colleagues, receiving direct mentorship and hands-on training from day one. Develop your own client relationships over time, with opportunities to engage in business development and establish your professional profile.
