Senior UX Researcher – Digital
Location: Reading (Hybrid, 2 days per week)
Duration: Initial 6 months
Contract Type: Inside IR35 Day Rate

We’re looking for a Senior UX Researcher to join our Digital team and lead the research that powers our product strategy. If you’re passionate about understanding user behaviour, influencing decisions, and driving meaningful change, this is a role where your work will have real impact.
What You’ll Do
* Lead end‑to‑end UX research across complex, end‑to‑end journeys
* Turn ambiguous problem spaces into clear, actionable insights
* Use mixed‑methods research (qual + quant) to uncover user needs and behaviours
* Synthesise insights from research, analytics, and market trends
* Influence product strategy with compelling narratives and evidence‑based recommendations
* Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, and senior stakeholders
* Champion inclusive research and user‑centred practices across teams
* Support continuous discovery and ongoing feedback loops
What You’ll Bring
* 5+ years’ experience as a UX Researcher
* Strong background in e‑commerce (fashion/retail ideal)
* Expertise across a wide range of UX research methods
* Ability to choose the right methodology for the right question
* Experience working with analytics tools (GA, ContentSquare)
* Strong synthesis, storytelling, and presentation skills
* Ability to influence stakeholders and embed user‑centred thinking
* Understanding of agile ways of working and cross‑functional collaboration
