We Have a New Opportunity To Join Our Billing Assurance Focus Team Your Key Accountabilities In Helping Us On Our Journey To Be The Best Will Be

As an Assurance Specialist, your main responsibility is to support the Assurance and Revenue Manager in all billing assurance and revenue activities. The accuracy of the work is key to an exceptional customer experience.

You will be responsible for ensuring identification and correction of billing and data inaccuracies across multiple processes and resolving in a timely manner, ensuring that customer accounts are correct within a set timeline.

This role is an integral part of the billing assurance process. It is a key operational, process task driven, data orientated role where attention to detail and accuracy are key attributes ensuring right first time The Specialist role will also ensure that they contribute to the continuous improvement of our policies, procedures, and data management strategy.

You’ll have great communication skills, great time management skills, be an enthusiastic team player who can motivate others and have a flexible and approachable manner.

Our water is vital to our customers, so we need to be around when they need us. you’ll be working shifts totalling 37 hours per week between the hours of 8:00am and 17:00pm, Monday to Friday.

A great starting salary of £25,396.88 with a pay review each year!
