Ideally you will have had some administrative experience within a financial services environment.
Provide day-to-day administrative support across the firm's business divisions
Assist with monthly billing, document filing, and meeting coordination
Be a first point of contact for visitors and phone calls
Support internal and external events and help keep the office running smoothly
Take on relevant projects and provide occasional cover for service line administrators
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and confidence learning new systems
You will be adaptable and you will enjoy driving efficiencies in the office
