Customer Development Executive – Premium Soft Drink Brand – Midlands, Oxfordshire
Up to £40,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus
An exciting opportunity has gone live to work with an established and instantly recognizable soft drink brand covering the length of the United Kingdom. This client boasts a fantastic range of products, an excellent culture, and the chance to progress within the business. This client has over 100 years in the industry!
As the Customer Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales with new business and product launches. You will be instrumental in business success by managing regional and large accounts across the Off trade, including Food Service and Wholesale channels.
The ideal Customer Development Executive will have a background in Drinks FMCG, along with good connections into various channels. The focus will be on Food Service, Wholesale, and Retail.
The Customer Development Executive responsibilities:
* Manage commercial plans and build a broad customer base in the Off Trade sector.
* Enhance the brand through awareness, product development, trade visits, and events.
* Increase product visibility in the market and build brand awareness.
* Implement channel strategies aligned with company goals and growth.
* Identify marketing opportunities, conduct competitor analysis, and execute sales campaigns.
* Seek and secure new business, maintain existing relationships, and manage P&L in a competitive environment.
* Collaborate with other departments and establish networks within the Drinks industry.
* Implement training programs and achieve set targets.
The ideal Customer Development Executive Candidate:
* Proven track record in securing new business, account management, and sales growth, with experience in Drinks FMCG.
* Strong network within the Drinks Sector and experience in bringing in new business.
* Passion for the drinks industry and awareness of current news and trends.
* Ambitious and driven in sales and client development.
* Excellent communication skills; able to work independently or as part of a team.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire for new experiences.
