A day in the life of…
Early Morning Start
* Arrive before the breakfast shift begins.
* Check that the dining room, buffet, and serving stations are clean and set up.
* Ensure food preparation is on schedule with the kitchen.
* Brief the breakfast team (servers, hosts, and kitchen assistants) on assignments for the morning.
* Double-check stock levels (bread, juices, condiments, cutlery, plates, etc.).

Breakfast Service (7:00–10:30 AM)
* Greet and assist guests, making sure they feel welcome.
* Supervise staff to ensure food is replenished quickly and tables are cleared efficiently.
* Monitor food quality and presentation, coordinating with chefs if something runs low or needs adjustment.
* Handle guest requests or complaints promptly (, dietary needs, special orders).
* Keep an eye on cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards in both kitchen and dining areas.

Mid-Morning (After Service)
* Oversee the clearing and deep cleaning of the dining area.
* Check inventory and place orders for the next day if items are running low.
* Write shift handovers or reports for management.
* Provide feedback or training to team members as needed.

What do we need from you?
* Prior experience in delivering first class service in a food and beverage environment
* A deep understanding of food and beverage industry standards and best practices.
* You’ll be an inspirational people orientated person, with first class communication, and organisational skills.
* You’ll be equipped with a commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards
