Job Description
Working within the Stores Facility at one of our vehicle/plant maintenance depots. Recording stock received, storing it, receiving orders from colleagues and giving out stores.
Key Responsibilities
NRS Fleet Services is responsible for the maintenance of the Councils vehicle fleet licence and other Assets. You will be required to provide customer Services, identify, order, supply and receipt requests for parts and services, carry out stock control and, conduct routine H&S inspections and contribute to a clean and safe working environment and maintain positive relationships with fellow workers. You will also be trained to operate computer based software systems and any other general tasks within stores environment.
Key Skills
You should have a positive attitude to work and study, Practical ability, good communication skills, ability to work with others, select and use equipment appropriate to task, and able to receive and understand instructions. Organisational and administrative skills would be useful.
