The Strategic People Partner will work with the Senior Leadership team to drive objectives and business performance across the divisions. The role will involve contributing and influencing the development of the business agenda ensuring the People Plan is aligned to the wider 3 Year Plan.
The position will provide strategic delivery including developing and driving plans, trend forecasting and understanding key organisational development needs. This will be done by a detailed understanding of the landscape including transformational activities and industry trends. You will then collaborate with other partners to create a joined-up plan.
This role will support our operations team, so would suit someone from a volume/contact centre/retail environment.

The must haves
The must haves are the jobs minimum criteria. To be considered for this role, you must be able to evidence all of the following skills / knowledge;
1. Practised in partnering with and influencing SLT to translate divisional strategies into HR actions and initiatives to enhance performance.
2. Demonstrated expertise in the provision of HR counsel to Senior Leaders on all people aspects including transformation, organisational effectiveness and performance and talent management.
3. Skilled in the implementation of Employee experience initiatives.
4. Experience of leveraging data, analytics, and insights to influence and develop the business agenda and transform ways of working.
The other stuff we are looking for We'd also love you to bring;
5. Experience within an operations/Volume environment such as Retail, or contact centres.
6. Experience of assisting with large scale transformation projects.
