Who we need
We are looking for an experienced Learning and Skills Assessor to work with apprentices studying the Maintenance and Operations Engineering Technician Standard. The assessor will visit learners in the workplace to carry out progress reviews, provide support, and prepare them for End Point Assessment. Some practical support in machining and fault diagnosis will be required.
What you’ll bring
You’ll bring a solid understanding of maintenance engineering, strong organisational skills, and experience in assessing apprenticeship standards. An assessor qualification and experience working with awarding organisation requirements are essential. Must be qualified to a minimum of level 3 technical and competency. Electrical knowledge is an advantage.
