This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated graduate looking to gain valuable classroom experience before progressing into teacher training, whether through a PGCE, SCITT, School Direct, or apprenticeship route. You will work alongside experienced teachers and support staff while making a meaningful difference to students' academic progress and personal development. About the Role As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. You will work with students of varying abilities, providing both classroom support and targeted interventions to help them achieve their potential.
