Engineering Services Coordinator · Manchester · Permanent · £26,000 - £30,000 DOE
We are recruiting for a new Service Coordinator to join the Customer Services Team for an installation and service engineering client. They are looking for an experienced Service Coordinator, ideally with a strong engineer scheduling background, strong Excel reporting skills, and able to raise POs and invoices for work completed.

What You'll Be Doing
* Scheduling and planning engineers' work in line with service schedules and ongoing projects
* Handling customer enquiries, processing orders, and preparing quotes and pro-forma invoices
* Coordinating service visits, breakdown responses, and remedial works
* Managing job documentation, including job sheets, waste transfer notes, and service reports
* Liaising with customers to book appointments, handle objections, and sell services where appropriate
* Using CRM to maintain service schedules, update equipment records, and process job completions
