team based in the Essex and Surrounding areas

What will you be responsible for?
As a
Project Manager, you'll be working within the
Workplace Solutions
team, supporting them in the safe, efficient delivery of project works across the Kier Places portfolio.
Your day to day will include:
Managing and delivering multiple projects across the Kier Workplace Solutions portfolio
Acting as a key point of contact for clients, stakeholders, designers and contractors
Ensuring safety is always the number one priority, in line with Kier policies and procedures
Monitoring subcontractors, site activity, temporary works, quality and compliance
Maintaining accurate project reporting, records, asset data and forecasts
What are we looking for?
This role of
Project Manager
is great for you if:
You hold SMSTS, CSCS or IOSH Managing Safely certification
You have a strong understanding of CDM, BSA and core project management principles
You demonstrate an excellent safety‑first culture and approach
You're confident using IT systems, particularly Microsoft Office
You have excellent communication skills and can manage multiple stakeholders
