Your Role
As a Day Care Assistant at Ashlea Court, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents with daily routines, personal care, meals, and activities. You will build positive relationships and help create a warm, relaxed, and safe environment where every resident feels valued and respected.
Whether you are new to care or bring previous experience, you will be supported from day one with a full induction, shadowing, and development tailored to your goals.
What We Are Looking For
* Minimum Level 2 SVQ in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards this)
* A genuine passion for caring for others
* A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
* Good communication skills and a strong sense of teamwork
* Empathy, patience, and respect in everything you do
