Responsibilities
- Review and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Prepare contract documents, including amendments, extensions, and terminations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information for contract development
* Assist project managers in planning jobs and ordering materials
* Maintain accurate records of contract terms, conditions, and obligations
* Monitor contract performance and address any issues or disputes that arise
* Conduct research on legal and regulatory requirements related to contracts
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in contract administration
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or in a similar role
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze complex information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with government contracting regulations is a plus
